“A Midsummer’s Garden”

As we head into summer our gardens will be at their summer’s best.  Are you ready to enjoy this special time of year?

My Little Darling, Gina, has donned a summery ensemble to wear while meandering amongst the flowers and maybe picking a few too.

The little crocheted ballet slippers add a magical touch to this ensemble and show off the Little Darlings’ sweetly shaped feet.

    HI Cindy,
Gina looks so sweet in her Midsummer’s Garden dress. I love the colors in that fabric and that little sweater is just adorable. Is that the yarn that you bought so much of… I can’t remember the name of it? If so, I see why you bought it. It looks like it holds its shape well and is the perfect weight. You can really see the details on it in the outside picture. Again….your handwork is just impeccable and so well done! Thanks for sharing with us…
    Blessings, Jeanne

      Hi Jeanne,
Yes, that is the bamboo crochet thread that is being discontinued. It is really nice for doll sweaters and dresses. It does hold its shape, but has a lot of drape too, not stiff at all. Thanks so much for your comments. 🙂
